Minibus hire in Dundee for a group of 12 hikers?

Tom Wilson3 days ago162 viewsEast Scotland

Our hiking club is planning a weekend trip to Dundee with 12 members. We need to hire a minibus to get everyone around efficiently. Has anyone hired a minibus in this area before? Looking for recommendations on companies that offer self-drive minibus hire, approximate costs, and any requirements (special license needed?). Any tips would be much appreciated!

I'd recommend checking out Green Motion. They have a location near the train station and their prices are competitive. I hired a Renault Clio from them last summer and it was perfect for the narrow roads around the area.

I've found Wales Car Hire to be the most reliable in the area. They're not always the cheapest, but their vehicles are newer and they don't hit you with unexpected charges at the end. Worth paying a bit extra for peace of mind.

I've found Highland Motors to be the most reliable in the area. They're not always the cheapest, but their vehicles are newer and they don't hit you with unexpected charges at the end. Worth paying a bit extra for peace of mind.
